DAY 01

AIRPORT | PINNAWALA

Upon arrival at Colombo International Airport, you will be warmly greeted and assisted before proceeding to Pinnawala. There, you’ll visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to over 70 elephants, offering a wonderful opportunity to see these gentle giants up close. Established in 1975, the orphanage is especially known for its adorable baby elephants being bottle-fed and the daily bathing sessions enjoyed by the herd. After the visit, continue your journey to Kandalama, where you can relax for the evening. Later, enjoy a unique and romantic cave dinner lit by torches and candlelight, with soft flute music setting the mood. Crossing a small bridge near a large banyan tree, you'll be treated to a gourmet meal featuring dishes such as grilled peppered prawns, beef tournedos in red wine sauce, and a decadent chocolate dessert—an unforgettable dining experience in a magical setting.

DAY 02

KANDALAMA | SIGIRIYA | KANDALAMA

After breakfast, travel to Sigiriya to climb the famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, built by King Kashyapa in the 5th century. The rock rises 200 meters above the jungle and was once part of a large fortified city. At the base, you'll find beautiful water gardens and a moat. Don’t miss the famous frescoes of the "Cloud Maidens" on the rock. In the evening, relax with a couple’s spa treatment, complete with essential oils, chocolates, fruits, and Champagne. End the day with a delicious dinner at your hotel in Kandalama.

KANDALAMA | MATALE | KANDY

After breakfast at the hotel, visit a spice garden in Matale to learn about the famous spices of Sri Lanka and the cultivation process. Then, head to Kandy, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich culture and history. In Kandy, visit the Sri Dalada Maligawa, the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, and seek blessings. Take a peaceful walk along the Kandy Lake and explore the local market, arts & crafts center, and a gem museum. Later, enjoy a traditional cultural show. End the day with a delicious dinner at your hotel in Kandy.

KANDY | NUWARA ELIYA

After breakfast at the hotel, visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden, a beautiful 147-acre garden offering a peaceful escape from the city. Enjoy walking through manicured lawns, flowerbeds, pavilions, and the famous orchid house, and don't miss the giant Javan fig tree. Next, travel to Nuwara Eliya by train, enjoying stunning views from the observation carriage. Experience a unique dining experience on board as the train winds through mountain valleys. Your car will be waiting for you at Nanu Oya station to take you the rest of the way to Nuwara Eliya. End the day with a delicious dinner at your hotel in Nuwara Eliya.

NUWARA ELIYA

After breakfast at the hotel, visit a tea estate and facto ry to learn how the world’s finest tea is made. Walk amon g the lush tea bushes, see how the leaves are plucked, pr ocessed, and packaged, and finish with a freshly brewed cu p of Ceylon tea while enjoying the scenic views. Next, ex plore Nuwara Eliya, known for its cool mountain air and b eautiful landscapes. Take a stroll by Lake Gregory, then enjoy the picturesque Victoria Golf Course, one of South Asia’s top 18-hole golf courses. YALA | BENTOTA

Early morning safari in Yala Spanning across 1,259 square kilometres, the Yala National Park is the second largest nature reserve on the island. Located in the Southeast corner, the sanctuary is also home to large herds of wild elephants, wild boars, buffaloes, deer, and crocodiles. It’s also one of the best places to catch a glimpse of the famous Sri Lankan leopard. Bird lovers also can enjoy a spot of bird watching as well!
